Why Does Scorpio Man Need A Mistress?

Study Reveals that yerba mate consumption slows cellular aging

Buenos Aires, 16 sep (EFE) .- A study conducted by Argentine scientists found that yerba mate contains a high percentage of an antioxidant substance that slows cellular aging and prevents certain diseases, sources told Efe research.

The study was funded by the Regional Programme of Assistance to the Sector herbalist and the National Institute of Yerba Mate (INYM) of Argentina, led by chemical engineer Luis Brumovsky, National University of Misiones.

is a pioneering research as it is the first to be made with the mate priming infusion made with yerba mate and consumed as tea.

According to their results, the infusion containing a high percentage of total polyphenols improves the human body's natural defenses, protecting against cell damage and thus preventing damage to the body and the development of disease.

Brumovsky established in the study that the highest intake of the 25 polyphenols that make yerba mate is obtained with 50 grams of pot and a pint of water at 70 degrees Celsius, which is achieved between 500 and 600 milligrams of antioxidants, an amount much higher than that obtained with the same amount of green or black tea, for example.

This discovery may lead to the expansion of the mate, especially in first world markets, because in them there is a growing demand for antioxidants and natural products.

According to the president of INYM, Luis Prieto, this study provides the scientific backing infusion needed to "back his kindness," but believes it is the population that is actually benefiting from the discovery, because, he said, will now be able to consume mate not only pleasure but also to benefit their health.

The study was conducted in the province of Misiones in the northeast, the largest producing area of \u200b\u200bArgentina yerba mate, which is leading exporter of this product, with Syria as its main market. EFE
